15 lbs in 29 days is not a plateau. Think of it that way instead of not having lost anything in 5 days. I mean really, if you lost 15 lbs in two months, that's still 2 lbs a week!! Hello? Perspective, much?

I know, Netflix has workout video? I should have one arriving today or tomorrow. We'll see how that goes. I've never really had much luck/interest in them. But, I've heard good things about the 30 day shred with Jilliam Michaels, even though she annoys me.
Tonight will be leftovers of some sort. Dal or split pea soup probably. My breakfast biscuits were ok, check them out on my blog. They'll be good when I need something quick and they froze beautifully. Oatmeal soon, yay!
